Black at Home — An Ode to The Ones I Love, An Ode to Us

‘Black at Home — An Ode to the Ones I Love, An Ode to Us’ is an on-going project meant to serve as a dedication to and in appreciation of the people in my life whom I love and care about, those they love and care about and so on. Each series will be divided up into collections with an accompanying photo book to complete each collection.

“Home” consists of more than a physical space — although that is also an essential part of this project. Family is a significant part of home, and it’s important to showcase the loved ones of myself and others, as well as their actual homes and spaces where they feel seen, heard, protected, and at home.
